About Me
Data-informed and Knowledge-driven by nature, I love helping people understand and overcome complex issues.
While a researcher by heart and trade, I have developed the skills and the knowledge to support a successful product's full life-cycle. From my Ph.D. in Informatics Engineering, my contributions to academic research, and my recent work in the industry, I have been and seen the various stages, from product ideation to release.
I have developed a passion for learning, having assisted with university teaching and, having worked for a few years in the Learning Industry. After all, there's always something new you can learn - being able to enable and simplify this is, quite honestly, cool.

My Toolkit
As a strong supported of the Design Thinking process, my toolkit is composed of multiple research methods applicable across all stages of the development life-cycle. Depending on the stage of a given project and the questions that we need to answer, I will apply different methods, such as the ones listed below:

Applications
As I pride myself in my flexibility and adaptability, I became somewhat of tool agnostic. Nevertheless, I am quite experienced in various tools to support my research. Some of my most used ones include:
• UXPin - for the creation of prototypes
• Miro, Figjam, and/or Freehand - for general whiteboarding, journey mapping, and collaboration
• R Studio , SPSS, and typical spreadsheet programs - for statistical analysis
• Google Analytics and Hotjar - for user behavior tracking and observation, alongside quick/small-scaled surveys/polls
• ... among many others.
Besides Work ...
When not researching, you can find me locked at home, avoiding a pandemic... Wait? Is it over?!
... Other than that, I am passionate about video games, both as an entertainment medium and a research subject. While nowhere near a professional level, I also enjoy creating animations, game-related scripts, and, occasionally, building up SFXs on ... old platforms.
