Mollie

Context
Since Q1-2022, I began working, as a Senior User Researcher, on Mollie, as part of the Financial Services domain.
Although primarily known as a (PSP) Payments Service Provider, at this point, Mollie intended to expand its range of services, through the release of new products. However, to design the right thing, it is imperative to know what problems users have and what problems we are trying to solve. This is where I come in.
A significant part of my responsibilities includes leading the early stages of the product life cycle, with exploratory research, to provide actionable user insights that inform domain product strategy. Additionally, I also provide support for evaluative research needs and guidance on best practices. All of this to ensure the quality of decision-making around new ideas and opportunities, as well as to improve stakeholder understanding of the impact that products and services have on users.
This page will be listing some of the most interesting initiatives I've been involved. Due to the recency of these projects and the fact that sensitive data is involved, these sections will focus on the methodologies used and their impact.
